There is some rockstar folklore about them doing that back in the 70's, no one knows if it is actually true but it is an interesting story to check out.

John Paul Jones is actually my favorite member of LZ. What a remarkable musician. Well, they all were, actually. It always intrigued me how a group can collect four (or more or less) fantastic musicians. Not a weak link among them.

Amen to that. I'd give my legs to see them live, but it doesn't look like that's ever going to happen. My dad saw Plant & Page when they were touring on their album in the mid-90s.

I saw Robert Plant back in the '80s. Wow, what a show. His first two solo albums are just fantastic. Listened to both just the other day. And his album with Alison Krauss is top shelf.
